millega muudetakse määrust (EL) 2018/841 kohaldamisala osas, lihtsustades
täitmiseeskirju, kehtestades liikmesriikidele 2030. aastaks eesmärgid ja võttes kohustuse
saavutada ühiselt 2035. aastaks maakasutus-, metsandus- ja põllumajandussektoris
kliimaneutraalsus, ning määrust (EL) 2018/1999 seire, aruandluse, edusammude
jälgimise ja läbivaatamise parandamise osas
